Project Manager

Here at Rooms Group Limited, we're going through a period of growth and as such are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of refurbishment projects from inception to completion. This includes project planning, resource management, budget control, risk management, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in refurbishment or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
