Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, and resource allocation
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that they adhere to project specifications and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or risks and implement corrective measures
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of contract processes and techniques
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
