The project entailed a complete upgrade of bedrooms and shared kitchens, starting with the removal of old furniture and fixtures. New flooring and decor created a modern atmosphere, complemented by essential electrical modifications and new light fittings.
Key upgrades included:
Fixed furniture, mirrors, mattresses, blinds, and notice boards for comfort and functionality.
Enhanced ensuites with new shower heads, illuminated mirrors, and accessories.
Refurbished studio ensuites featuring wall lining, vinyl flooring, and new shower enclosures.
The shared kitchen for 5-7 people received new units, worktops, sink, tap, and modern appliances. Common areas, including corridors and staircases, were updated with new decor, flooring, and lighting for a cohesive look. Additionally, passive fire protection measures, including fire door remediation and firestopping systems, were implemented for safety.
