Bedroom and bathroom works include strip-out, local alterations, replacement floor finishes, redecoration and upgrades to sanitaryware, plumbing, lighting and electrical accessories. Joinery and ironmongery improvements complement new tiling, bathroom fittings and grab rails within the assisted facilities.

Communal improvements extend to the lounge, dining room, serveries and ground-floor corridor, with refreshed finishes, feature decoration, lighting and handrails. The scope also includes a life-skills kitchen installation, local stairwell flooring works and electrical protection upgrades.

Delivery planning incorporates phased working, protection of existing finishes, segregation of work areas and coordination with Barchester's interior-design fit-out.
