Rooms Group successfully delivered the phased refurbishment of McMillan Student Village within a challenging 10-week summer programme, working in a live operational environment to meet strict occupancy deadlines. The project comprised the complete refurbishment of 203 bedrooms, 36 cluster kitchens, together with extensive upgrades to communal spaces and landlord areas throughout the development. Careful planning, phased delivery and close stakeholder coordination ensured the works were completed safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption, providing modern, high-quality accommodation ready for the new academic year.
