Phased refurbishment of 59 student studios at Panmure Court, Edinburgh, comprising 26 studios in the first phase and a further 33 in Phase 2.

The scope includes strip-out of existing fixtures, furniture and finishes, redecoration and replacement flooring, alongside new beds, headboards, desks, wardrobes, blinds and accessories. Internal alterations include stud-wall removal and construction, associated making good and adaptations to electrical installations.

Replacement kitchenettes throughout incorporate new worktops, splashbacks, appliances, sinks, taps and extraction, together with associated mechanical and electrical connections. Bathroom upgrades within the first phase include new showers, screens, brassware, accessories, backlit mirrors and lighting.

Phase 2 extends the refurbishment with additional dining furniture and improvements to heating, lighting and appliances, including smart panel heaters, LED bulkhead lights and energy-efficient washer-dryers.
