Portsburgh Court, Edinburgh

Secured through a competitive bid, this project involved a full refurbishment of an accommodation facility, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. Work began with site mobilisation, including scaffolding and temporary window removal for access, followed by a full strip-out of existing fittings and finishes.

Key upgrades included renovation of ensuite and ADA-compliant bathrooms, mechanical and electrical modifications, and ventilation system upgrades. Interiors were transformed with new flooring, decorative treatments, and custom furniture installation, including kitchen units, worktops, and appliances.

Final touches included kitchen and studio dining installations, window treatments, fire door repairs, and mastic/silicone applications for a seamless finish. The project was successfully completed on time and within budget, delivering a refreshed and modernised living space.
