Railyard, Liverpool

Rooms Group delivered the comprehensive refurbishment of the Railyard student accommodation scheme over a 22-week rolling programme, maintaining a live occupied environment throughout the works. The project included the full refurbishment of 271 bedrooms, 271 en-suite bathrooms, 56 cluster kitchens, together with significant upgrades to communal spaces and landlord areas across the development. Through meticulous phasing, resident engagement and robust site management, the team successfully delivered a modernised, high-quality living environment with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
