Rooms Group is delivering the extensive renovation and remodelling of four existing student accommodation buildings as part of a 24-month phased programme.
The project will transform the estate to provide 237 modern student bedrooms, incorporating new cluster kitchens, self-contained studios and upgraded communal and landlord areas throughout.
The scheme also includes significant structural alterations, building safety improvements and full MEP upgrades, requiring careful coordination, design management and stakeholder engagement to deliver a high-quality development within a live campus environment.
