Works are currently in progress and being undertaken whilst the building remains in full occupation. Project delivery is via a rolling programme of 2- week sections, typically comprising 24nr bedrooms, 24 nr ensuites 5 kitchens across 5 nr cluster flats, with a 22 week overall contract period. Briefly works comprise, the renewal of all bedroom furniture, fitted and loose and the same within kitchens, plus appliances, floor, wall and ceiling finishes as well as a new lighting scheme throughout. Incorporation of high and low level shelving with banquette seating units provides innovative storage solutions within bedrooms. Inclusion of fluted wall panelling in bedrooms and corridors boosts appeal by providing a more sophisticated hotel feel. Works within ensuite bathrooms includes, complete re-lining of shower cubicle walls, installation of new tile effect cladding system, bathroom accessories, illuminated mirror, mechanical ventilation as well as new wall, floor and ceiling finishes.

As part of the works, we are also undertaking fire door repair and

replacements on a site wide basis.
